　　1月21日召开的琼海市第十三届委员会第七次全体会议，通过了《海南自贸区琼海片区(东部区域中心城市)战略规划纲要》，确定“三地两区一中心”的战略定位：即打造国际医疗健康产业新高地，国际旅游会展目的地，国际公共外交基地，实施乡村振兴示范区，生态文明先行示范区，国际经济文化合作交流中心。

　　琼海市委书记何琼妹要求，要紧紧围绕“三地两区一中心”战略定位，精准推进2019年各项重点工作;突出博鳌乐城国际医疗旅游先行区的发展核心地位，全力打造国际医疗健康产业新高地;加大产业发展力度，促进经济高质量发展;持续推进全面深化改革;全面加强生态文明建设;提高保障和改善民生水平，推动全面从严治党向纵深发展。

Qionghai: the strategy of "Three places, Two zones and One center"
 
On January 21, the seventh plenary session of the 13th Committee of Qionghai was held.The session developed the strategy of "Three places, Two zones and One center", building a new high ground of international health care industry, international tourism exhibition destination, international public diplomacy base, rural revitalization demonstration zone, ecological civilization pilot zone, international economic and cultural cooperation communication center.
 
He Qiongmei, Secretary of the CPC Qionghai Municipal Committee indicated that the development of Qionghai in 2019 needed to focus on the strategy of "Three places, Two zones and One center",to highlight the center role of Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, to build a new high ground of international health care industry, to continue the deepening of reform and improve living standards of the people.
