The 1st Hainan Island International (Tourism) Books Fair (HNIBF) will be held at the Sanya Edition Hotel from November 15th to 18th.

As the first books fair in Hainan, HNIBF is with the theme of the "Tourism publishing in the View of Global Value Chain" and promotes a casual island reading and lifestyle. The highlights of HNIBF include: the exhibition about the guest country of honor, theme books house, theme books exhibition, theme special exhibition, creative forum, international most beautiful tourism books design competition, the workshop of copyright trade, the night of publishers, "Reading with the Wind" reader's party, etc..

With the progress of the construction of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone and Free Trade Port with Chinese characteristics, Hainan has ushered in brand new development opportunities in its culture industry. The organizers hope to enrich Hainan's culture tourism products by holding this books fair, in a bid to enhance the cultural strength of the international tourism consumption center and to promote the exchanges on culture and civilization among the countries and regions related to the "One Belt and One Road" Initiative.
