On March 28, during the Boao Forum for Asia annual conference 2019, Rajith Keerthi Tennakoon, Governor of Southern Province in Sri Lanka said he enjoyed this journey in Hainan. in his opinion, with the resources, technology and expertises, Hainan would definitely achieve greater achievements in free trade port establishment than Sri Lanka.
