　　8月10日，海南健康码开放离岛申请入口，滞留人员可通过该入口申请离岛。8月11日，离岛申请系统再次更新上线啦！为方便外籍游客、无身份证的有关人士，本次重点更新了两个功能，一是非身份证注册的海南健康码人员也可提交离岛申请啦！二是没有海南健康码的人员可由他人代为申请。

　　On August 10, Hainan Health Code has opened for stranded travelers to apply for departure. Today, the application system has been updated. Two major functions are provided for foreign tourists and personnel without identity cards: 1. People who have registered Hainan Health Code by other means than ID are able to apply for departure; 2. People without Hainan Health code can have others apply for departure for them.

　　操作步骤如下：

　　一、注册并登录海南健康码

　　I. Register and log in to Hainan Health Code

　　可通过微信海南健康码小程序、支付宝海南健康码小程序、海易办APP注册并登录海南健康码。

　　You can register and log in to Hainan Health Code through WeChat Hainan Health Code applet, Alipay Hainan Health Code applet, and Haiyiban APP.

　　二、通过海南健康码进入离琼申请通道

　　II. Use Hainan Health Code to apply for departure

　　可通过海南健康码首页点击“离岛申请”，并按步骤完成信息填写后，提交申请。

　　Click "Departure Application" on the home page of Hainan Health Code, fill in the information as instructed, and submit your application.

　　三、没有海南健康码的人员申请方式

　　Ⅲ. For those without Hainan Health Code to apply for departure

　　“离岛申请”已为没有海南健康码的人员开通申请渠道，可由有海南健康码的人员代为申请。

　　Those without Hainan Health Code can have others with Hainan Health Code apply for departure for them.

　　四、其他方式或申请失败

　　如无法通过以上方式申请，或申请失败的，请径与当地防疫部门联系寻求协助。
